Senior Nutrition Food Program Registration Helper
Help seniors get the food they need!
Volunteers needed to register seniors for the Senior Nutrition Food Program. The SNFP is a federal program that provides a box of non-perishable nourishing food and two pounds of cheese to low income persons over 60 years of age each month.
Volunteers are needed to interview and assist clients with the paperwork needed to enroll in the program. Help is especially needed in June and July because these are reregistration months.
We accept clients of any race or nationality so bilingual (English and Spanish) volunteers are especially needed!
